Our yoga sessions are aimed at beginners to intermediate level focusing on bringing your entire body back into balance improving flexibility, back / spine and core strength using the correct breathing and stretching techniques.

At the end of our sessions, we do a light meditation exercise which is not only calming, but energises you to take on the rest of your day to day activities.
