2. Eligibility & Accounts
Our services are open to people of all ages. Some sessions are family-oriented (ages 2–100), while others may be for women and girls aged 16+.
Any age restrictions will be clearly shown during booking.
When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Participant Registration & Health Information
We ask all participants to complete a comprehensive registration form that collects health, accessibility, and demographic data.
This information helps us to:
• ensure sessions are delivered safely and appropriately (e.g., identify relevant medical or accessibility needs);
• understand our audience to improve future sessions and community impact;
• prepare anonymised data for funding and grant applications.

4. Bookings, Payments & Payment Provider
All bookings must be made through hopon.bike or an authorised partner.
Payment is required at the time of booking.
• Payment Provider: HopOn Yorkshire Ltd uses PayPal to process payments securely.
By completing a transaction, you also agree to PayPal’s terms and policies.
• Fees: All prices displayed at checkout are the total payable amount unless otherwise stated.
If VAT or other taxes apply, they will be clearly shown.

5. Cancellation & Refunds
No refunds once booked.
Because spaces are allocated at the time of booking, all bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
If we cancel or reschedule a session (e.g., due to weather, staffing, or venue issues), you will be offered a full refund or alternative session/credit at our discretion.

6. Conduct, Safety & Physical Activity Disclaimer
Many of our services involve physical activity (cycling, walking, yoga, etc.).
Participation carries inherent risks.
By booking or attending, you acknowledge these risks and agree to participate at your own risk.
You must ensure that you are medically and physically fit to participate.
If you have medical conditions, you must declare them on your registration form.
We reserve the right to refuse participation if it would be unsafe to do so.
Participants should wear appropriate clothing and equipment (e.g., helmets for cycling).
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings unless caused by our negligence.

7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HopOn Yorkshire Ltd excludes all liability for loss or damage arising from participation in our services, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
